For owners of small teams
A follow-up, a reply, a request. A form, a check, a shift. Missed, because nothing was tracking it.
Where you've been
Too expensive, too slow to approve, or yours to maintain.

Is it for you
Check before you spend a minute.
What you get
Example records are already in. You see how your day would look.
The app you need, already built. Pick it from the ones below; take one or several. Each is for one kind of work and tested on a phone. Each staff member sees only their own records. You see all of it. Every morning: who replied, what's overdue, and the one thing to do first. Nothing is sent, booked or signed off until the person taps confirm.
Coming later:
Ninety more on the way; the most-requested ones first.
Your records
Your records stay in the AI account you already have.
The app lives as a page inside your own AI account, like a document you own. Its records sit there, protected the same way as everything else in that account. teamsflow cannot read them. Your staff open it with a free account. Download your records as a spreadsheet any time. One honest line: if Anthropic, Microsoft or OpenAI change how shared pages work, you'll hear it from us first.
How it works
That is the whole setup.
Choose the app for your work and confirm. A minute later it is open, already filled with example records so you can see how it runs.
Invite by email. A free account is enough. Up to 50 people per app can view, add or edit, and you decide which staff see which records.
Who replied, what's overdue, the one thing to do first. Nothing is sent or signed off until someone taps confirm.
When the app needs a tweak
Ask. Check. Approve. Undo if you change your mind.
Ask on the app's page for a new field, a different step, a reminder at four weeks instead of six, which staff see which records. You see exactly what will change before it does. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and every change can be undone in one click. This is the only part you pay for.
Pick a lane
Pay only if you want one changed to fit how you work.
$29/month
Ask for changes the way you'd ask a colleague. You approve them. Undo in one click. A person replies the same business day.

Questions
No. A free account opens the app, adds records and confirms. Only you need a paid plan, to add the app and share the link.
The app keeps working with every change you made. You lose new changes and undo. Your records are untouched.
Yes, as a spreadsheet from the page, any time. They were never ours.
The app is unavailable until it is back, because it runs inside it. Own cloud keeps records reachable without it.
Claude, Copilot and ChatGPT. Your records stay in whichever one your organisation uses.
